Currently supporting the £82M Vulcan 20-20 laser upgrade, I coordinate project governance, scheduling, and reporting efforts across engineering and research teams. I redesigned the monthly reporting process, moving it from Word to PowerPoint thus boosting stakeholder engagement and raising compliance. I also led the SharePoint site rollout for the team, which has since been adopted as a model across other departments. Additionally, I maintain project schedules using MS Project.
