I manage, build, and grow Data Scientists/Analytics team within an organization. Collaboratively, my team and I leverage data science and predictive analytics to create numerous opportunities in the healthcare industry. My strong understanding of the business problems allows me to deliver solutions that support health management, financial success, and better patient outcomes. As a Senior Data Scientist and Team Manager, I use AI/ML to drive improvements across a value-based care continuum. My work carefully considers the needs of the customer, while adhering to scientific principles.
