Hi, I’m Jasmine Topno, an HR Business Partner who believes people systems should be as thoughtful as the spaces we design.At Metarch Studios, I work with architects, interior designers, and site teams to build HR processes that bring clarity and fairness without killing creativity. Whether it’s recruitment, onboarding, leave policies, or performance reviews. I focus on keeping things simple, human, and consistent.I’ve spent the last few years helping small teams grow with structure, setting up HR from scratch, documenting processes that actually get used, and designing training that helps people show up better at work and on-site.What I focus on:• Hiring and onboarding for creative and project-based teams• Writing people-first HR policies that feel natural, not corporate• Training and mentoring site staff on communication and conduct• Building performance and feedback systems that actually work• Bringing order, empathy, and clarity to daily operationsI’m curious about how HR and design influence each other, how culture, space, and systems shape the way people work. Outside of work, I love mentoring early-career professionals, learning more about architecture and interiors, and exploring new ways to make workplaces feel a little more human.
