About Jasmine Thanglung

From studying graphic design and art history to launching multicultural campaigns at Microsoft, I’ve always believed in the power of storytelling to connect people. I started in Microsoft Stores, and now as a Communications Manager, I help shape narratives that reflect diverse voices across the company. I’ve worked on employer branding with @MicrosoftLife and helped bring campaigns like The Code of Us (formerly Inclusion is Innovation) to life—projects about identity, inclusion, and impact. Today, I support Multicultural Storytelling efforts for activations like AfroTech: House of Black TechXcellence, help manage creator partnerships, and keep our newsletter sharp and engaging. I’m also helping simplify how our Multicultural Center of Excellence operates—turning complexity into clarity and making sure our team’s impact is seen and felt. If it involves culture, comms, or creativity—you’ll probably find me right in the middle of it, cat (Richard) on lap, exploring, and always ready to make an impact.
