Group Chief Operating Officer at Trinity Health - with four verticals - Trinity Eye Hospital, Artes Skin and Hair Clinic,Trinity Lab & Scans and Malabar Hospitals. I oversee the operations of all the centres ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance. Since I joined in 2009,I have been leading the progress and growth and transition and integration of all new 16 projects during these years.I was managing an optometry college as Trinity Academy of Optometry since 2012 which was later affiliated by Bharatiyar University.Artes Skin and Hair clinic is the cosmetology wing where we introduced the latest innovation in skin and hair care to the people of Palakkad.Later we speaded our wings to the Lab Management too as a supportive system to Health care.I have a strong background in Administration, Operations management,Marketing, HR and Training & Project Management. I am excellent in team building and work with a diverse and talented team of doctors, nurses, technicians, and Professionals and administrators and I contribute to the management\'s mission of providing exceptional and affordable health care services. I am always looking for new ways to enhance our processes, systems, and culture, and I value innovation, collaboration and excellence which will benefit the management and customers to achieve their goals.
