ABOUT JASMINE LILLY
I’m Jasmine Lilly, a proud native of Washington, D.C, and I’m thrilled to step into my new role as the College Fellowship Coordinator at the Department of Employment Services. In this capacity, I’m excited to help bridge the gap between higher education and workforce opportunities, empowering students to gain real-world experience that sets them up for success. With over seven years of experience in customer service and workforce development, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of roles, including most recently as a Program Analyst in the Office of Workforce and Federal Programs. Prior to that, I served as a Workforce Development Specialist in the Office of Youth Programs. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on youth employment initiatives, adult workforce development, case management, and providing exceptional support to the residents of the District of Columbia. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a Master of Arts in Organizational/Public Affairs Communications from Bowie State University. I’m looking forward to this next chapter and excited to contribute to the continued growth and success of our community.
