   Project Spurs / Project Trident – This work recommended uniting our free loyalty (Circle), paid loyalty (Shipt) and credit card programs (RedCard) under a connected Loyalty ecosystem. It also explored the implications of Shipt branding adjustments and created a North Star vision for the Loyalty ecosystem relaunch- Led research, storyline development and content creation for the diagnostic, vision & recommendation presentations that went to senior leaders- Partnered with Loyalty, Insights, Strategy Implementation and Creative Strategy on Same-Day Delivery branding and membership strategy recommendationsEnterprise Strategy Refresh – This work led to the creation of the Roadmap for Growth across sprints that spanned internal and external assessments, evaluating the future retail landscape, aligning leaders on a long-term vision, strategy development and activation- Led development of Strategy Refresh content for the 2023 Q4 Leadership Team Offsite including story lining, slide creation, and audience orientation at the highest level of the organization- Designed and facilitated stakeholder touchpoints during the strategy refresh process- Codeveloped a playbook to guide future Enterprise strategy development endeavors- Collaborated on creation of leadership activation materialsEnterprise Partnerships – This work centered on understanding the landscape of partnerships at Target and incubating partnerships with external parties- Codeveloped materials and session plans for top-to-top sessions with an external organization to establish a strategic partnership- Spearheaded workstreams on partnership vision and announcement including creating presentation materials and facilitating collaborative working sessions with an external partner- Facilitated problem solving sessions to codevelop frameworks that categorize the landscape of partnerships at Target
