I deliver outreach and casework support to women affected by human trafficking and modern slavery, helping them recover and reintegrate under the UK Government’s National Referral Mechanism. My role involves managing a caseload using trauma-informed approaches, safety planning, while working closely with statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure access to housing, legal advice, healthcare, and welfare services. I assist clients in applying for urgent charitable grants, maintain accurate case records using MST, and contribute to safeguarding and internal reporting. Additionally, I support the development of policies and service standards related to anti-trafficking and victim care, while actively promoting culturally competent, anti-discriminatory practice aligned with HR principles of equality, diversity, and ethical service delivery.
