Advanced Clinical & Procedural Skills• Assist with bedside procedures including paracentesis and point-of-care cardiac ultrasound(POCUS)• Assist with preparing patients for transthoracic (TTE) and transesophageal echocardiograms(TEE), including the administration of Perflutren (OPTISON) for contrast studies• TR Band removal and post-cardiac procedure monitoring• Chest tube care and management• Removal of temporary hemodialysis cathetersCardiac & Hemodynamic Monitoring• Management of IV drips including amiodarone, lidocaine, and heparin• Care and maintenance of central lines, PICC lines, and hemodialysis catheters• Blood product administration• Telemetry and cardiac rhythm monitoringRespiratory & Airway Management• Management of high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC), BiPAP/CPAP, and tracheostomy care
