About Jasmine Gebon

Jasmine Gebon moved to Orlando from Florida’s Space Coast in 2003. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an MBA from UCF, and a Nonprofit Leadership certificate from Boston College. Jasmine joined BBIF in 2008 and has held key roles in project/project management, investor relations and development, securing over $30 million in funding. Jasmine’s leadership and impact have earned recognition. She was a finalist for the Orlando Business Journal’s (OBJ) Women Who Mean Business ‘Up-and-Comer’ award in 2011 and named one of OBJ’s “40 Under 40” in 2012. In 2018, she received the “Up-and-Comer” award at the Onyx Magazine Women on the Rise event. In 2025, Jasmine was named Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, she leverages her 16+ years of experience in financial services to drive BBIF’s mission of creating meaningful change for small businesses and communities throughout Florida. Jasmine serves on the board of the Florida Policy Institute and is a member of the National Black MBA Association, the National Urban League, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
