I’m responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services and processes, supporting employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.Key Responsibilities: Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the full onboarding and offboarding processes for hires,including contract preparation, documentation, system setup, and ensuring compliance withlabor regulations. HR Administration & Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, processHR-related documentation (contracts, amendments, leave), manage data changes, and prepareHR reports. Payroll Support & Benefits Administration: Liaise with external payroll providers for accuratepayroll processing and assist with the administration of employee benefits programs. Compliance & Policy Adherence: Stay updated on labor laws and ensure all HR processes anddocumentation comply with relevant legislation. Support the development of local HR policies. System & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, optimize HR systems, and participate in HR projects.
