My journey began in 2005 at Joe Vinson Builders Inc, where I developed a strong foundation in residential construction, learning to manage subcontractors, organize job sites, and ensure projects were executed efficiently and safely.In 2012, I broadened my professional scope by relocating to Minneapolis, MN, to work as a Teller at Wells Fargo. There, I honed my skills in multitasking, customer service, cash handling, and sales—gaining valuable insights into operational efficiency and client engagement in a high-volume financial environment.Later that year, I joined Uniti Fiber—a move that marked a pivotal shift in my career. What began as a role in Permitting evolved into a dynamic leadership journey through OSP Engineering and Construction Management. Today, I proudly lead Uniti\'s National GIS Operations, Permitting, CAD, and Fiber Engineering teams, where I focus on strategic growth, process innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. I’m passionate about driving operational excellence, building strong teams, and delivering scalable infrastructure solutions that support Uniti’s mission and the customers we serve.I thrive on challenges, continuous learning, and making a tangible impact through every phase of a project.
