I graduated from the University of Houston with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in both Health Education and Psychology in 2013. I then returned to the University of Houston to complete a Master\'s of Education degree in Health Education. Currently, I am enrolled at the University of Houston as a doctoral student in the Professional Leadership program with an emphasis on Health Science Education. I worked in the banking industry for 10 years, and I have recently embarked on a new journey in the healthcare field. I have an extensive background in customer service, program planning, and patient interaction through my years in banking as well as internships. My educational pursuits, internship opportunities, and life experiences have afforded me the skills necessary to succeed in the health care environment. My passion for helping others is what has driven me to pursue a career in healthcare.
