Hello! I am a friendly and passionate Registered Nurse and Midwife from Australia. Over the past decade, I have dedicated myself to becoming a skilled healthcare professional. At the age of 23, I graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing degree and started working part-time in an aged care home, where I had the privilege of caring for vulnerable individuals.While working as an RN, I continued my education and earned a Bachelor of Midwifery just two years later. As a child, I always knew that I wanted to be a Midwife because I wanted to support and care for mothers and babies. I worked as a Midwife for two years before I met my husband, a United States Marine, and then the adventure began with my journey to living in the United States. After moving to the US, I quickly realised the potential for investment opportunities in the real estate market. I\'ve been on a mission ever since to find undervalued properties and turn them into cash-flowing assets through a combination of renovations, tenant management, and strategic marketing techniques.One of the things I love most about being a real estate investor is connecting with other like-minded individuals who share my passion for the industry.
