Working in a Decision Sciences firm helped me polish my problem-solving and analytical skills. Working on a team where everyone clicked and cooperated to the fullest extent was the best experience I\'ve ever had. One of my strongest abilities is my capacity to pick up new technologies and abilities as and when they are required. I think I can accomplish anything with this eagerness to learn new things. Working on time-sensitive projects helped me acquire prioritization and multi-tasking skills as well. I discovered while working with the team how much I cherished interacting with various types of people and gaining knowledge from them. I began helping with the team-building exercises at that point, and I was appreciated for it. All in all, it has been a journey that has taught me a lot. Choosing to work as a Customer Service Advisor in my part-time gave me an opportunity to obtain and understand important information while interacting with technology and people. It taught me how to build long-term relationships with customers and be target-driven at the same time. Learned how to pay attention to each detail, be persuasive, and patient, and be a good listener as well. Being from the technology field, I’m the go-to person for all things related to technology on my team. My proudest moment is when I see returning customers wanting to deal with me.
