About Jasmin Davis-Maddox

With over four years of experience in human resources and diversity programs, I am passionate about creating and fostering an inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace culture. I have a master\'s degree in human resources management and a certificate in diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. As a Diversity Programs Senior Consultant at Allstate, I align my values and goals with the organization\'s mission and vision, and bring a variety of perspectives and experiences to the team. In my current role, I drive recruitment and sourcing strategies for various diversity recruiting programs, including the OneTen initiative, the Returnship Program, and the Allstate Leadership Xperience. I partner with our Inclusive Diversity Equity partners and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success and sustainability of these programs. I also use data to review and report on the pipeline and performance of the candidates and the programs. I leverage my skills in diversity and inclusion, cultural diversity, and diversity training to support and coach the recruiting teams and the clients across the enterprise.
