I am a dedicated and passionate individual with big goals and ambitions! I pride myself in being a People Manager. My employees are my first priority. Internal customers are just as important as external customers and I do everything in my power to show this through daily conversations and the change I drive for my team. Push yourself to have the best audit results, quality of work, attention to detail (the microscopic ones), time management, efficiency and accuracy. Some of the best jobs are when you don\'t encounter a Manager, because you are doing exactly what you are supposed to be doing! Give praise where praise is due and coach as needed.
