In this role I lead the governance and policy enforcement ensuring that all suppliers adhere to responsible sourcing policies and conducting audits and assessments. My role also involves in driving insights from the analytics, which help in risk assessment and sustainability enhancements. Effective stakeholder management is essential, as in the role I interact with cross functional teams, including Strategy, Procurement, IT, and external service partners. My strong procurement experience has been pivotal in aligning stakeholders with the Responsible partnership policy.
