   As the Venue Production Manager for 4 of Amazon’s large production venues, I lead a hybrid team of operations professionals, event engineers and producers to deliver high-impact, scalable event experiences across the Pacific Northwest region and Canada. I’m responsible for end-to-end operational oversight, from strategic planning and staffing to live event delivery and post-event optimization. I collaborate with senior stakeholders across Amazon Studios, Corporate Events, and internal business units to deliver seamless events that meet operational goals.Manage daily operations and long-term planning for four high-capacity Amazon production venues in Seattle and Bellevue: SEA29 (Arizona), SEA48 (Nitro South), SEA44 (Frontier), and YVR26 (Vancouver, Canada). • Oversee technical infrastructure for live, virtual, and hybrid events, ensuring all production standards are met or exceeded.Lead cross-functional team collaboration including event engineers, technicians, and operations staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and high performance.• Partner with internal stakeholders and business units to plan and execute large-scale events with complex production needs.• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) with my team for consistent event execution and operational efficiency.• Stakeholder knowledge vendor management relationships, onsite logistics, and budget coordination to support diverse event formats and goals.• Ensure safety compliance and equipment reliability through proactive planning and regular maintenance.• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance event quality, reduce downtime, and streamline workflows.
