During my internship at Madras Diabetes Research Foundation, I received hands-on training in advanced laboratory techniques with a focus on animal cell culture and molecular biology. I gained practical experience in the maintenance and subculturing of mammalian cell lines under sterile conditions, as well as in the preparation and use of various culture media. Additionally, I was trained in key molecular biology methods. This internship not only enhanced my technical laboratory skills but also deepened my understanding of the animal cell culture and molecular biology.
