A professional in the field of Marketing and Sales, I completed my graduation from NIT Nagpur and Post graduation from SIBM Pune. I have worked in the fields of Sales, having handled various channels like General Trade, Modern Trade, Rural sales operations and Trade Marketing, gaining expertise in new launch planning, Trade Input planning, Channel management, Forecasting and Go to Market strategies. I currently lead the Ecommerce business for Kenvue India (previously Johnson ans Johnson consumer) across brands like Stayfree, Neutrogena, Aveeno Baby, Listerine, Johnson\'sBaby etc. Prior to this I lead the Ecommerce and D2C business for Glanbia Performance Nutrition for India (global leaders in sports nutrition with brands like Optimum Nutrition ON, Isopure, Syntha6, Slimfast etc. Prior to my current role, I was leading the marketplace business (Amazon and Flipkart) for Reckitt India, having managed accounts like Bigbasket, Grofers, Nykaa, Myntra, Milkbasket and others in the past during my stints at L\'Oreal India and Reckitt. I have led the set up and launch of the D2C business for Glanbia Performance Nutrition in India, while leading the Ecommerce business.
