Sustainability professional with a master\'s degree from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies and multiple certifications in green building, energy efficiency, and waste heat recovery. She is passionate about creating positive environmental and social impact through her work in corporate sustainability at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd, one of India\'s largest fashion conglomerates.In her current role, she leads the development and implementation of ESG strategy, policy, and reporting for the company, ensuring compliance with national and international standards and best practices. She also manages the sustainability supply chain, conducting audits, assessments, and training for suppliers and vendors. Previously, she worked as a management consultant at PwC India, where she delivered several projects on responsible gold sourcing, green procurement, traceability, and GHG inventorization for clients across various sectors. She has also worked as a project engineer for Bureau of Energy Efficiency, where she facilitated energy audits, demo projects, and policy advocacy for the state of Punjab.
