Selected to assist with ongoing project work in NATO HQ within a multinational working environment to enhance and refine their endpoint protection capabilities across multiple security domains at different levels of classification.I was specialising in endpoint security mainly around IPS, Exploit Prevention and Access Protection wherein I would create custom executive reports for daily trends working to exclude BAU processes across multiple NATO networks, during this tasking I was responsible for ensuring that potential security vulnerabilities and breaches where identified and raised as security incidents. Upon assessing and reviewing the environments my recommendations were put through CAB that had to be approved by the NATO Office of Security and the NCIA Information Security Officer which overall resulted in alert reduction by 95%.Additional duties included assisting end-users from various nations to ensure they were able to run their applications that the endpoint protection would otherwise block and frequently liaise with the Leidos UK and US management teams updating them of our progress.
