I can apply my 35 years of experience in Leadership & Skill development, operations & project management, and Hotel consulting towards enhancing your organization productivity and achieve a competitive edge.Operations & Project Management: I have over 30 years of operations & project management and consulting experience in fixed operations of various types (Defence, Automotive, Retail, Hospitality and not for profit), and Projects relating to customer service, construction, Defense & Security. I have conducted training workshops for Project Management for over 10 years and secured PMP designation. I have worked with stakeholders at varying levels to develop and implement effective management tools and processes to enhance productivity and improve the bottom line. Leadership and Skill Development : I have successfully engaged stakeholder, assisted with goal setting, built, lead and motivated teams in various roles, while focussing on priorities, accountability and results. I have run leadership and Skill development programs for Businesses, Industry and Government organizations, both executive and grass root level. Provided customized training to suit individual needs. Conducted Youth leadership and development training in schools and Reserves. Communication, presentation, facilitation, and networking: I am a confident facilitator and presenter with the ability to customize and improvise as necessary to influence and engage a variety of stakeholders.
