I communicate with faculty and staff to coordinate workshops and ensure smooth implementation. Additionally, I engage with the John Jay community by promoting the ePortfolio program. Beyond student engagement, I help train incoming eTerns and serve as co-head of the social media initiative, where I develop content ideas for TikTok and Instagram, collaborate with the eTerns for participation, and enhance our online presence.My role also includes administrative tasks such as monitoring emails, designing flyers, assisting students 1-on-1 and more.
