Assist with the planning of all game day entertainment, special groups and any additional game day functions- Working games in a leadership capacity supporting all game entertainment elements including, in-game activations and promotions, National Anthem coordination, Color Guard presentation, US flag display, etc- Prepare timing sheets for internal departments, special groups, and vendors- Assist with developing and executing special events that align with the Cleveland Browns brand- Assist in special event coordination – including but not limited to Training Camp, Draft Weekend, Affinity Group Events, Employee Holiday Events and other events as assigned- Assisting fans & guests at events by providing knowledgeable information & helpful assistance specific to each event- Brainstorm and create new ideas for the continued success of our special events and game day experience of our fans- Maintain accurate and complete files, records and other documents relating to assigned responsibilities- Conduct post-event meetings with client and/or internal staff, as appropriate, to discuss issues and plan for future events.
