Provide business case estimates and effectively manage the delivery of required business case objectives within agreed time and budget. Direct and motivate the project team (onshore & offshore) 3rd party suppliers (IBM), operational transition and manage project governance. • Prepare, track, and maintain the project plan & budget throughout the lifecycle. Monitor resource availability and utilisation. Establish all required communication paths and control processes for the project team and stakeholders. Manage suppliers and account managers. • Manage risks and contingency plans. Formally manage issues through to resolution and adhere to change control process but expedite when required. • Collaborate with the project sponsor and assure the overall direction and integrity of the project. Agree technical and quality strategy with appropriate members of the project team. Produce a Post Investment Review at project closure. • Support Global PMO and provide interim program leadership when required to manage local PMs, closely monitor project deliveries, priorities, budgets and support/mentor PMs.
