Responsible for the safety and wellbeing of 40+ Lockheed Martin and MOD personnel and up to six demonstration vehicles during all trial’s activities including dry static and mobility activities, as well as live platform firing. Plan and conduct Test Readiness Reviews and post trials reports ensure all data is captured and delivered on time to be analysed.Supervise the asset owners to ensure their platforms are safe and ready to conduct trials daily, ensuring the programme is kept on track and milestones are met. Liaise directly with the customer on all trials and programme matters and give input into the incident sentencing committee where required.Manage, Plan and conduct all demonstration vehicle shakedown events in preparation for starting trials, shakedown events including instrumentation fit, vehicle maintenance, mobility assessments and unmanned firing serials.Produce and deliver event gateway reviews after the event has been successfully complete and produce end of event reports.
