Solely set-up the bridge between Oracle UK\'s consulting and Oracle offshore services delivery towards enabling business development at UK-IE, ensuring it is delivered through an efficient onshore-offsore blended model and thereby enabling simultaneous growth of both consulting practices. At one point in time in my career, I\'ve built an entire custom integration suite on Java/j2ee. This was done for Oracle product development for enabling an in-built integration layer inside Oracle\'s ERP. In my coding days, worked as hands on developer building Oracle\'s ERP Cloud modules and enabled public APIs and internal SOA based integrations available to use still today as part of Oracle Fusion.
