About Jascha Herlihy
My purpose is to empower people to explore the outdoors with confidence. I’m focused on end-to-end product creation from consumer insights and data research to commercial strategy and everywhere in between. My career started by working at local ski shops and obsessing over well-fitting product. This lead to me to pursuing roles in marketing to learn more about the end-touchpoints for consumer and I\'ve been working my way backwards through the creation chain since. I\'ve held roles in start-up organizations being ambidextrous in many skillsets and taking on challenges head on. I welcome new opportunities in diverse business units and functions to help learn more and create impactful results for the companies which I help to build. I have a work hard, play hard attitude. You can also find me playing in the mountains, on my bike or accompanied by my dog.
