Group Home – Now Open in Hopewell, Virginia – Serving adults (18+) with mental health diagnoses or developmental disabilities. Residents receive 24/7 care, life skills training, community integration support, and transportation to treatment programs. Applicants must have (or be in the process of obtaining) a Virginia Medicaid Waiver.I believe in a collaborative approach, partnering with major MCOs (Sentara, United Healthcare, Humana, Aetna, Anthem) to ensure services are accessible and impactful.Every day, my mission is to not only manage and lead but also to create sustainable systems of care that help individuals achieve stability, independence, and growth.
