Talent Intelligence Manager Reporting into the VP of Global Talent Acquisition, and responsible for managing the global talent intelligence team. This is a global team of talent market insights advisors providing energy and renewables talent market insights. We provide related external talent data analysis including: location feasibility studies, DE & I studies, talent supply and demand, competitor talent analysis, cross industry analysis, skills and education analysis and market mapping of senior roles. We work all across bp with varied stakeholders including the business entities, HR, Talent and Talent Acquisition. We help provide relevant talent data to help make strategic decisions which can impact recruitment, organisational design and location strategy.
