Having joined Eleven in 2019, I specialise in finding roles in LNG supply & trading, oil trading, physical commodity broking, commercial shipping, chartering, shipping operations, demurrage & claims, physical trading operations and bunkering. My experience and industry knowledge positions me well on the LNG supply & trading, physical oil trading and shipping desk, following 11 years in a FTSE 100 business in various roles including operations, commercial governance, customer experience, quality and compliance.This transition in my career is making use of the transferable skills that I have developed over the years, including those gained becoming an ILM level 3 qualified Coach and Mentor – such as active listening and asking effective questions.This qualification helps me to deliver excellent candidate experience, by taking the time to listen and understand exactly what the candidate wants from their next career move, providing an honest and accurate view on potential opportunities and maintaining the highest levels of integrity throughout. I also believe it is important to set clear expectations and deliver against these to promote long lasting relationships based on trust.
