I am a senior supply chain and operations executive with 15+ years of experience leading integrated, multi-region supply chains across complex, asset-intensive environments. I currently serve as Vice President, Transportation & Logistics at Lineage, where I lead end-to-end logistics enablement across transportation, distribution, fleet and asset management, procurement, supplier governance, and performance management across Canada and Australia.My leadership focus is on designing and executing national supply chain strategies that improve reliability, scalability, and total cost-to-serve while strengthening customer & vendor partnerships and long-term operational performance. I have led growth initiatives, scaled enterprise capabilities, overseen national logistics businesses, optimized asset lifecycle and maintenance strategies, and partnered closely with Finance, IT, Legal, Operations, and Executive Leadership to deliver productivity improvements, working capital discipline, and sustainable value creation.A core part of my work involves modernizing logistics capabilities through digital transformation and performance governance. I serve as executive sponsor for global TMS initiatives and have designed enterprise KPI frameworks and executive dashboards that align operational execution with financial outcomes, capital allocation decisions, and continuous improvement.I am passionate about building high-performing teams and standardized operating models that scale across regions while maintaining strong safety, service, and quality outcomes. As a CPA, CMA, I bring a disciplined financial and analytical lens to supply chain leadership, enabling data-driven decisions that balance operational execution with long-term enterprise value.
