The company makes this possible by empowering small, passionate teams of experts to cut through the high ambiguity and complexity associated with space flight, and solve problems in the most effective manner available. My experience at Blue has allowed me to: • Collaborate with teams across the entire organization to establish test practices and strategies • Define Sub-system and System level test requirements and objectives for New Glenn • Own technical and management aspects of the validation testing of the New Glenn • Create specifications for large scale test infrastructure needed for New Glenn hazardous tests • Draft software specifications defining the functionality needed to ground test New Glenn • Support in-depth reviews of the New Glenn Test Program, CONOPs, and Refurbishment Plan • Develop, manage, and execute integrated tests on the New Shepard Vehicle • Work on-console supporting launch operations of the New Shepard Vehicle • Lead a year-long qualification test campaign of the New Shepard Separation System • Execute component-level Acceptance and Qualification Testing of Avionics Hardware • Author first-drafts, and update existing versions, of test procedures and test plans • Conduct test reviews and serve as the final authority to ensure testing was conducted safely • Perform data reviews to evaluate the performance of the test article and test stand • Document test results, identify areas for upgrades, and participate in root cause analyses • Heavily help integrate an emerging mechanisms technology as a block-upgrade to New Shepard
