As an experienced data and systems specialist, I have been the product owner for CRM systems in some of London’s major institutions, including Somerset House and the National Theatre. My creative problem solving and determination has resulted in many improvements to Somerset House’s way of working; when I started each team was siloed and worked on anecdotes and assumptions, now they all use the CRM system and decisions are led by the data. This has resulted in greater collaboration across the company which has in turn enabled rapid growth and the ability to pull off highly ambitious projects.
