ABOUT JARRYD LIETZ
Experienced Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the wholesale consumer goods industry. I began my career as a buyer with a large wholesale distribution company based in south florida. Through my time there i worked to develop strong operational, purchasing and professional skills in Negotiation, Budgeting, Retail, Analytics, History Based Projections and Wholesale Valuations of Merchandise. I also became an expert in E-Commerce platforms linking high value suppliers with off channel customers while working within restricted frameworks. In 2020 when the COVID19 pandemic hit i was well positioned primarily as a sourcing agent to capitalize on a market where all of a sudden no retailer had what they needed and we were experts in sourcing for the new normal. Through the pandemic period i was responsible for purchasing in excess of $20 million in PPE inventory through UNCS and gained additional expertise in the regulatory environment of new to market products. During this time i was also responsible for development and bring to market strageties for several FDA approved cleaning products sold in stores throughout the US. As the pandemic eased and 2020 came to a close i found myself at a crossroads professionally. Prior to the pandemic i had become somewhat bored with the meditionous day to day transactional nature of buying and wholesaling goods to retailers. I thought there had to be a more direct, economical, and profitable way to execute transactionally against these excess and overstock inventories and there had to be more value if we could in fact purchase the right deals instead of trying to turn all of the deals. At this Point DLX Deals was born and i moved on from my safety net into the world of startup entrepreneurship. DLX deals began in 2021 as a startup based out of North Canton Ohio with a core focus and belief, that belief was in controlling our operation vertically and transparently working with our suppliers would lead to continued long term growth as well as operational efficiencies beyond what others in the industry could accomplish. As DLX Deals enters its 3rd year in operation and has scaled to an 8 figure company in 2022 we remain steadfast in our mission. Operating with integrity and striving toward efficiency and scale wherever we can find it. The story is still being written and knowledge absorbed so stay tuned!
