Not every organization needs someone to disarm bombs, but every organization needs the type of person that disarms bombs. I draw upon 26 years of experience in the Navy’s Explosive Ordnance Disposal community, where I built and led high performing teams in austere, no fail, high risk environments all over the world, from Iraq and Afghanistan, to Sri Lanka and Vietnam.I believe in a collaborative approach to team building and problem solving, focusing on the power of the group, where even the youngest and most inexperience member of the team may have the most innovative idea on how to get to a solution.
