Jarrod Foerster is the co-founder and managing principal of Flagship Capital Partners (“Flagship”), a real estate investment firm which provides custom-tailored financial solutions to sponsors engaged in the acquisition of value-add, income producing real estate throughout the United States. Flagship provides debt and equity capital through a variety of financial structures to developers and other entrepreneurial project sponsors. At Flagship, Foerster serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer overseeing all capital formation, investor relations and asset management functions. Foerster also serves as a member of the firm’s investment committee.
