We also work with other industry vendors, providing data extraction services to streamline the flow of information into their applications- Support client use & knowledge of the system with a focus on BI and Revenue Management areas of the business- Development of proposals and project management for client on-boarding, scaling from individual hotels to international hotel groups of properties- Produce and maintain documents in our global knowledge base, both for internal purposes and to distribute to clients- Planning and delivering training and sales demonstrations for clients both online and on-site
