I’m Jarrod, and I believe successful businesses are built by having the right people. Everything comes down to quality - hiring well, building teams properly, and thinking long-term. I work across the Financial Services and Actuarial markets, partnering with organisations to identify and attract top talent at all levels, from specialists to executive leadership. I’ve recently continued this work in the UK, building on experience in South Africa and international markets.Coming from a background in education, I take a development-focused approach - understanding not just where a person or business is today, but what they can realistically achieve in the foreseeable future. Alongside candidate career progression, I support clients with succession planning and broader hiring strategies. I care about people as much as roles. I take the time to understand what really drives someone, what they value, and how they want to grow, which makes finding the right fit for both business and individual far more meaningful.
