I am a Senior Manager in the Firm’s Nashville office where my practice focuses on business valuation and M&A advisory in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Horne, I was a Manager at HealthCare Appraisers, Inc, a national healthcare valuation and consulting firm. Prior to joining HealthCare Appraisers, I served as an intern at the Denver-based business valuation firm, Harper Hofer & Associates.I represent business owners, strategic corporate buyers and private equity investors to advise and manage the sale and purchase process for transacting parties. I bring my valuation background to the M&A process while advising clients on the financial aspects of a transaction. My passion is helping healthcare entrepreneurs navigate the healthcare M&A landscape to achieve and surpass the desired outcomes of the transaction.
