I am fortunate to be a part of the Pittsburgh community and bring 17+ years of sports and wellness experience to YogaSix.Yoga has played a pivotal role personally for my wife and I over the past couple of years. The mind/body experience is incredible with yoga. After taking my first YogaSix class it was immediately apparent how unique both the YogaSix teaching style and the overall studio experience was.The instruction by a YogaSix teacher utilizes a language formula that teaches from the simple to the complex and doesn\'t require any prior knowledge about yoga. It is a full sensory experience.meaning the way the teacher guides the class, to the music, the lights, the cushioned floors and even the wonderful aromas in the studio create a very energizing environment.The classes vary in heat depending on the type of class. The heat allows your body to work up a sweat, detox, burn calories and allows your muscles and joints to loosen very quickly to help minimize injury and to make the movements feel more natural and comfortable. The goal of YogaSix is to make yoga accessible for each and every individual and to simply make yoga the best part of someone\'s day. From the person that has never tried it before to the person that has been practicing for years.
