VP, Abl Relationship Manager 2 @Wells Fargo

In this role I am a lead ABL Relationship Manager and the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients within the Healthcare industry. The portfolio consists of lead agent and participant deals with ABL revolver sizes ranging from $30MM to $300MM+. I analyze financial statements and trends, assess the strength of collateral, complete new and on-going compliance requirements, review and negotiate legal documentation, and monitor an assigned portfolio of large public and private companies within the Healthcare industry. My assigned portfolio is presented to a Credit Committee in a clear and concise manner by discussing recent news and data, highlighting financial and collateral trends, and detailing risks plus mitigating factors to support the overall structure. Collateral trends are reviewed upon receipt of the monthly borrowing base certificate, field exam, aging report, and appraisal to ensure the ABL facility is adequately structured. I negotiate the pricing, terms, and conditions of the deal with the customer and communicate regularly with the customer\'s executive and senior leaders. Furthermore, I adhere to the bank’s policies and procedures to ensure we are meeting banking regulations and compliance. Additionally, I serve as a mentor to junior analysts on the team and other colleagues within the greater Wells Fargo team.
