About Jarrett Feldhaus
Mr. Feldhaus is a 2020 graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelors Degree in Sport Administration with a Marketing emphasis from the Carl H. Lindner College of Business. He is currently a Event Operations Manager at The Madison Event Center & Hotel Covington. Mr. Feldhaus was a Match Day Operations Associate at FC Cincinnati from February of 2019 - October 2020. He was also an Operations Intern at G3 Marketing from January - April of 2020. Mr. Feldhaus has worked in the University of Cincinnati Athletic Department. Oversee and execute all private events at The Madison Event Center & Hotel Covington- 500+ events take place annually across four venues located in Covington, Kentucky- Assist in the hiring, development, and day-to-day management of up to 80 part-time event staff- Assist with the creation of the event schedule and manage payroll- Plan and execute quarterly team meetings and training- Conduct annual performance reviews- Weekly ordering of supplies from outside venders- Build strong relationships and facilitate communication with internal/external stakeholders, staff, and venders toensure all event objectives and deliverables are met- Attend and participate in weekly BEO meetings to ensure all event details are accurate and finalized- Ensure facilities are properly organized and presentable to execute successful events- Create, review, and display all signage across thirteen event spaces- Conduct post-event analysis and make recommendations for improvement.
