Currently seeking a new role proven experience in Training and Development, Mentorship, Project Management. A passion for DEI work and ensuring all feel they belong and are included in the spaces they occupy Major Accomplishments: Serving as Project Manager for the University’s Spring 2020 student storage initiative, of which 80% of accounts were reconciled. Serving as a Chair for the revitalization of the University’s flagship program Black and Brown at Drew (a program facilitated to provide a safe space for students who identify as BIPOC, to discuss relevant and sensitive topics). To date that has put on 30+ discussions for 45% of the student body population.
