1. Senior Technical Advisor - Supply Chain Research and Policy

   Lead the inception of ILAB’s supply chain tracing methodologies, research and workflows in the Office of Child Labor, Forced Labor and Human Trafficking (OCFT) to examine labor exploitation within the production of global supply chains. Engage closely with enforcement actors on approaches to preventing imports of goods made with forced labor into the U.S, and on remediation approaches in cases of forced labor and child labor. Serve as a technical expert for the seafood sector, researching and coordinating interagency approaches to cases of labor exploitation of fishers and seafood processing workers. Serve as co-chair of the Maritime SAFE labor sub-working group, helping to coordinate the work of 21 USG agencies working on IUU fishing. Co-lead ILAB engagement on the nexus of forced labor and illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing.
