I translate goals into theories of change, fit methods to research agendas, and distill complex data into actionable insights to drive impactful product and program design. I’ve led evaluations and studies across 25 countries, transformed country offices into learning organizations, and trained government, donor, and nonprofit stakeholders to generate more strategic evidence and make data-driven decisions in education, early childhood development, health & nutrition, and poverty alleviation. My toolkit blends rigorous methods (RCTs, mixed-methods, cost-effectiveness) and advanced analysis (multivariate regression in Stata, R, etc.) with a practical, ethical approach tailored to real-world constraints, local context, and behavioral psychology.
