I am a motivated and results-driven professional with strong organizational skills, a proven ability to lead projects, and a passion for event planning and management. Currently, I work as a Teaching Assistant at the Challenger Learning Center, where I design and coordinate weekend event plans, ensure staff are fully prepared with materials and instructions, and serve as the lead point of contact for both staff and participants. I also manage and execute birthday party programs, successfully organizing multiple activities within strict two-hour timelines while adapting quickly to last-minute changes to maintain a high level of engagement and satisfaction. My ultimate goal is to become an Event Director, with a particular interest in high-profile entertainment events that promote upcoming movies and shows. I am eager to continue developing my skills in event coordination and management, contribute to a dynamic team, and gain hands-on experience in creating impactful and memorable events.
