My role in the Thermal Systems & Transport Processes branch includes- Supporting both aeronautics and spaceflight projects at NASA (i.e, Artemis I) using thermal & fluid analysis software- Solving application-type problems for aerospace systems including active and passive thermal control systems and their components (i.e, pumps, heat pipes, etc.)- Investigating thermal management approaches (i.e, film cooling) for hypersonic aircraft applications- Utilize NASA facilities to perform thermal cycle and thermal vacuum testing of engineering systems- Working in collaboration with UCLA as a Research Collaborator through the NSTGRO program- Supported the Orion passive thermal control team- Served as GRC Thermal Analysis Lead for the X-57 Maxwell project- Served as COR for a small business project specializing in advanced, state-of-the-art OHP technology.
